0ddc1c71a8 Bugfixes and hardcoded naming 
- Make debugmode for exosphere mandatory
- Support dev RSA modulus for warmboot
- Fix a critical bug where it allowed free() to be used on a non-heap address.
- Better the makefile

de830df7e7 Add automatic NOGC based on fuses burnt 
Auto NoGC:
0: Force disable, 1: Auto (checks fuses and fw version)

And also remove customlogo. It's redudunt.
