Michael Scire 8cb77ac136 namespace sts -> namespace ams
namespace sts::ams -> ams::exosphere, ams::.

This is to facilitate future use of ams:: namespace code in
mesosphere, as we'll want to include ams::util, ams::result, ams::svc...
