Implement analog stick range modifier (#2783)

* adjust position vector + GUI

* remove brackets

* Update configuration

* Update ConfigurationFileFormat.cs

* rebase + review changes

* spacing

* revert deletion

* fix profile loading

* spacing

* comment spacing
