[skip ci] GameCardTab: reflect current gamecard dump options
Other changes include: * gamecard: rename gamecardGetDecryptedCardInfoArea() -> gamecardGetPlaintextCardInfoArea(). * FocusableItem, FocusableTable: add positional arguments for the FocusableItem class constructor.
