Custom devoptab wrappers (part 2).
This commit implements a devoptab wrapper for Hash FS sections within gamecard images, using code from hfs.c/h. Other changes include: * poc: disable buffering on FILE objects via setvbuf(). * gamecard: fix crash in gamecardInitializeHashFileSystemContext() while calculating the size for the root Hash FS partition.
