This issue is not a duplicate of an existing one
I will fill this out to the best of my ability

Describe what you'd like to be able to do

Set all the fun sysfs toggles in the admgpu drm card device. Currently the settings are just the tip of the iceberg.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Anything else?

Some of this work is likely better suited to be implemented in sysfuss and then exposed in the PowerTools UI
