Describe what you'd like to be able to do

Add possibly to change refresh rate if screen to 70hz (LCD) or 120hz (OLED). It should be possible according article: https://wccftech.com/steam-deck-oled-mod-120hz/

Describe alternatives you've considered

No response

Anything else?

By implementing script from https://git.spec.cat/Nyaaori/deck-refresh-rate-expander/src/branch/main

There are a lot of reasons not to do that, especially not in PowerTools.

  1. Screen refresh rate has nothing to do with power
  2. PowerTools does not and will not do any overclocking
  3. That script is not open source (it is source available, but does not have a license)
  4. It requires disabling the read-only filesystem, which is bad for stability and a big no-no for plugins
