Expected Behaviour

Installed Van Gogh fix and Set it to 3800 MHz.
Set 3800 MHz also in BIOS.

Actual Behaviour

Still Stuck at 3499..
At the loading Screen from the Game ITS arround 1-2 Seconds at 3799
When the Game ist in the mein Screen and ingame ITS Stuck at 3499..
I have load the override config and edit IT to 3800 MHz and 20 Watt TDP.
The TDP and the GPU works fine and Accept the Values
I can Bring Up the Slider to 3800 but past 3500 ITS Not going Higher.
I tried to fix it the whole day but i cant get it...

Sorry for my Bad english:/
I Hope some one can Help me.

Steps To Reproduce

1.installed Van Gogh fix Installer, without any Error and Set the MHz to 3800
2.setup the override config File and place IT to settings --- Slider and so are all working and Show the right Values

Anything else?

This sounds like the expected behaviour, though it may be partly #159 too. I've seen other people mention that boost behaviour too and they have confirmed it's just how the hardware works -- PowerTools is setting the parameters correctly.
