The PowerTools files are corrupt or an unsupported version of PluginLoader is being used.
Please re-install the latest release of PowerTools and PluginLoader. Dev or nightly versions (including SteamOS Beta versions) are never guaranteed to work.

Sometimes SteamOS changes their UI code, which breaks PowerTools' UI as well. If there's a version of PowerTools released after the SteamOS update, install the latest version of PowerTools. Otherwise, wait for an update to PowerTools which fixes the UI issues.
